USDA FOG Abatement Training – In-Person Louisiana

August 10

  • « USDA FOG Abatement Training – In-Person Florida
  • Southeastern FOG Alliance Conference & Training »

The Western States Alliance (WSA), a project of the Pollution Prevention Resource Center (PPRC), is providing technical training in Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) abatement.

1) How to develop an effective FOG Abatement Program

2) How to implement best practices in both a new and an existing program – with emphasis on data.

The training is conducted in a workshop format, especially for water treatment professionals from small, rural communities that do not have a FOG abatement program or a pretreatment program, or that find their current program inadequate.
